mindful monday.

My tattoo has three questions from the Buddha on it.

I am thinking of those questions today, as we end 2012.

How well did you love?

How fully did you live?

How deeply did you let go?

And to those three, I would add this one: Did you make a difference?

The short version of my answers, this year:

I loved well, without judgment.

I lived fully, most days.

I let go deeply, practicing engaged detachment.

I made a difference to my family.

Tomorrow, the two questions I ask myself every New Year’s Day.

Love,

Wow Patti, you are so humble.
You made a HUGE, AWESOME difference in the lives of many, many folks, especially this P137 pilgrim. Thank you for sharing how you live fully, love well and deeply let go….and importantly, how to make a difference. Love to you.
