Verbs have hit Australia! From Karynne, in New South Wales, this note:
Yesterday, four copies of your eagerly awaited masterpiece arrived … lovingly delivered by a young Australia Post delivery man who spent ten minutes patting my dogs, and talking about his passion for life, his family and his own dogs. Not a typical courier delivery for sure!!
I have attached a photo of your book in an Aussie native melaleuca … who’d ‘a thought!

Closer to home, my dear friend Catherine stopped by with a copy of her beautiful, amazing new book for me, and I gave her the copy of Life is a Verb I had signed for her and Big John. Evidently Mr Brilliant caught us in the very instant we saw a sign from above that Billy Collins also has a new book out and would no doubt be joining us on the front steps of my house very, very soon with an inscribed love note on the title page.
Fabulous Sally from New Jersey snuck a cell phone picture of herself with Life is a Verb at work! And in Brea, California, Borders finally has copies, according to Christiane!
