    What a truly sad loss. I count myself as very, very lucky in life to be 50 and still have both parents.

    Hi Patti!

    I’m so sorry for your loss. I can completely relate to you. My mom was born on Christmas, too! I lost her on February 28, 2004.

    Life is never the same, but we live on for them and to honor them.
